Generally, free shipping is available for orders of $20 or more, ensuring that the price you see is the price you pay, with delivery to your door included.
Shipping Options
As a value to our customers and improved user experience, we’ve offered Free Standard Shipping, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Flat Fee shipping on our products. This is all automatic upon checkout and doesn’t require a selection. For details on this, see the options below.
Free Standard Shipping: This option is free for most products. It prioritizes the delivery of goods while aiming to avoid any unexpected taxes or fees. If any fees are incurred, we will not be held accountable for these charges. Delivery times are estimated at 20 days, generally less. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This is included ONLY on the following items: Complete Bikes & Framesets. This means, that when you purchase a Frameset and/or a Complete Bike from us, it will be delivered with no additional costs. Shipping times are similar to Free Standard Shipping. Flat Fee Shipping: While we do our best to offer free shipping where possible, some of our items do have a flat fee shipping applied to them. The is applied to during checkout. We do our best to inform you when this fee is applied, so you can make a more informed purchase. This method includes a tracking number and follows the same shipping times as above. The following item(s) currently have their respective flat fee applied:

Handling Damaged Packages
We only use reputable couriers to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, you are insured. Here’s what to do:
- If you notice damage to the packaging, sign for the package as “DAMAGED.”
- If the goods inside are clearly damaged, you can refuse the package.
- Take photos of the damage and email them to us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Package Tracking
Yes, all packages are tracked. You will receive a tracking number a day or two after your goods leave our warehouse. Sometimes, tracking numbers may not update until the goods reach their destination country, but rest assured, your package is on its way.
