At UnderDogs Cycling, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Below is our return and exchange policy:
Order Confirmation & Changes
- Once your order is placed, we will confirm the details with you.
- You have a 24-hour window to modify or cancel your order if anything isn’t to your liking.
- After this period, all sales are final as each purchase is considered a one-time transaction.
Returns & Exchanges
- New, unused items with manufacturing defects or order errors can be returned for a replacement, repair, or store credit, at our discretion.
- Used items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
- Late deliveries are not grounds for cancellations or refunds. While we aim to provide accurate shipping estimates, unexpected delays do not qualify for order cancellations. We will do our best to expedite shipping delays, where needed.

Exchange Process
- If your item arrives with a defect or issue, send us an email with clear photos and a description of the problem.
- We will review your request and notify you if an exchange is approved.
- Once approved, we will send a waybill for drop-off so you can easily return your item (location in the U.S. or Canada). International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Depending on the issue, exchanges may be processed as a replacement, repair, or store credit, at our sole discretion.
International Returns & Shipping

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered items.
