Shipping & Delivery Information
Transparent shipping options, international delivery details, duties, and fulfillment information for Underdogs Cycling customers worldwide.
At Underdogs Cycling, we aim to make shipping as simple and transparent as possible.
In most cases, shipping is already included in the product price—especially on components and wheelsets. For larger items (framesets and complete bikes), shipping and duty handling can vary by destination, so you may see DDP or flat-fee options depending on your location.
Free shipping (when available) generally applies to eligible orders over $100, but some products and regions may only offer a single option (for example, DDP only). The most accurate shipping options and total costs will always appear at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Where We Ship From
Almost all products ship from our warehouses in China.
For U.S. deliveries, tariff and customs rules can change. We do our best to select the most reliable shipping/duty option available for your destination, but we can't guarantee that government or carrier fees will never apply in every scenario. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping types. What you see at checkout depends on your shipping address and what's in your cart.
Orders $100 or less: standard shipping is a flat $50 per order.
Orders over $100: shipping options vary by product and destination (Free Standard, DDP, or Flat Fee where available).
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means duties & taxes are prepaid—typically no charges are collected on delivery.
Handling Damaged Packages
We work exclusively with established international couriers to reduce the risk of shipping damage. While issues are rare, please follow these steps if your order arrives damaged:
What to do:
- If the outer packaging is damaged, sign for the delivery as "DAMAGED" when possible.
- If the product inside is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery.
- Take clear photos of the box, packaging, and product damage.
- Email the photos and your order number to sales@underdogscycling.cc within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your information, we'll coordinate with the courier and supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Package Tracking
All orders include tracking.
What to expect:
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- International tracking updates may not appear immediately and sometimes only activate once the package reaches your destination country.
- Even if updates are delayed, your shipment is still moving through the courier network.
