What is SRAM AXS?

AXS is SRAM's wireless electronic ecosystem. The Rival E1 levers and derailleurs pair wirelessly, and you can customise shifting and check battery status in the free SRAM AXS app.

How fast does it ship?

Orders ship once processing is complete and a tracking number is generated. Delivery time depends on destination. For an ETA, message us with your location and the exact configuration you’re considering.

Do prices include duties and taxes?

Shipping and duty handling vary by destination. If DDP is offered for your destination, duties and import handling are included at checkout for eligible orders. If DDP is not available, duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

What is the warranty?

Warranty terms are provided by SRAM. If an issue occurs, Underdogs Cycling will guide you through the claims process and coordinate with the manufacturer where applicable.
