TAVELO AVRO-GR Integrated Handlebar
The TAVELO AVRO-GR is a one-piece carbon gravel cockpit that brings the Avro family’s aero, race-bred shape to the dirt. A confident 78 mm reach, deep 137 mm drop and a progressive drop flare (17.35° rising to 24.35°) open up the drops for control and leverage on rough terrain, while the low 36.4 mm stack keeps the front end fast. Hood widths run 360 / 380 / 400 / 420 mm with matching 425 / 445 / 465 / 485 mm drop-to-drop flare, and integrated stem lengths span 80–120 mm. Claimed weight is about 320 g (380 mm × 110 mm).

Orders ship once processing is complete and a tracking number is generated. Delivery time depends on destination. If you want an ETA before ordering, message us with your location and the exact AVRO-GR size you’re considering.
Do prices include duties and taxes?
Shipping and duty handling can vary by destination and product type. If DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) is offered for your destination, duties and import handling are included at checkout for eligible orders. If DDP is not available, duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
What is the warranty?
Warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer. If an issue occurs, Underdogs Cycling will guide you through the claims process and coordinate with the manufacturer where applicable.
How do I confirm compatibility before ordering?
Compatibility depends on your frame’s headset/steerer and internal routing standards. If you’re unsure, send us your frame model, model year (if known), and groupset (Shimano vs SRAM) and we’ll help sanity check routing and fit.
What sizes are available?
Hood widths (B) are 360 / 380 / 400 / 420 mm and drop widths (C) are 425 / 445 / 465 / 485 mm. Stem length (A) options run 80–120 mm in 10 mm increments. You choose your fit as a single width × stem size (for example 380mm×100mm); note the 420 mm width starts at a 90 mm stem.
What do A, B, and C mean on the size chart?
A is stem length (mm). B is hood-to-hood width (mm). C is drop-to-drop width (mm).
How is the AVRO-GR flared?
The drops use a progressive flare that opens from 17.35° to 24.35°, widening your stance toward the drop ends for control and leverage on gravel.
Do you have torque specs for installation?
Torque values were not included in the published info used for this page. Always torque to the manufacturer documentation for your specific cockpit and frame, and use carbon assembly paste where appropriate.
