How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship once processing is complete and a tracking number is generated. Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier.

Are duties included?

Shipping and import handling vary by destination. Where DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) is available, duties are settled at checkout for eligible orders; otherwise local import duties may apply on delivery.

What warranty applies?

The RC-A carries a manufacturer lifetime warranty. If an issue occurs, Underdogs Cycling will guide you through the claim with the manufacturer.
